Our Commitment

We take accuracy seriously. If you believe a review on PagBets.org is incorrect, outdated or unfair, we want to hear from you — and we commit to investigating every complaint within 5 business days.

How to Complain About a Review

Email corrections@pagbets.org with:

  • The URL of the review or page in question
  • Exactly what you believe is inaccurate, with supporting evidence
  • Your proposed correction (optional)
We verify every claim. If the complaint is justified, we correct the review and publish the update date — we do not edit ratings silently.

Disputes With a Bookmaker

PagBets.org is a review platform — we cannot resolve disputes between you and an operator, and we do not hold customer funds. If a bookmaker refuses a withdrawal or closes your account, the correct escalation path is:

  • 1. Contact the bookmaker's support in writing and keep records
  • 2. Escalate to their internal complaints team (licensed operators must have one)
  • 3. Contact the licensing authority shown on the operator's site (UKGC, MGA, Curacao eGaming, etc.)
  • 4. For payment disputes, raise a chargeback with your bank or e-wallet

What We Do With Operator Complaints

We track verified complaints against operators as part of our trust scoring. A pattern of unresolved withdrawal disputes lowers an operator's trust score — and can remove them from our rankings entirely. Submit evidence to complaints@pagbets.org.

Timescales

We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and resolve or respond substantively within 5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 14 days, in which case we'll tell you why.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if a site will not pay out?
Contact the operator's support first and keep the reference. If it is not resolved, escalate to the regulator whose licence they hold — every site we review is listed with the specific regulator, and that regulator has enforcement powers. We will help you identify the correct one.
